We offer corporate accommodations for every price range, whether in an apartment or executive home. The overall cost is determined by the location, size, furnishings, length of stay, and services.

2. Is there any flexibility with the lease terms?

Coastal Corporate Residences offers fully furnished apartments and executive homes on a month to month lease with a 30 day minimum stay.

3. What types of payment options are available?

We accept major credit cards. Direct billing can be set up for businesses.

4. What amenities are included with a corporate accommodation?

Each location offers resort style amenities which may include swim club, fitness center, business center, tennis courts, sauna, and hot tub/spa.

5. What about my pets?

Many of our corporate apartments and executive homes will accept your pet with some limitations and an additional pet fee or deposit.
